PAYMENT AND COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

1. All session fees are collected at the time of photography.
2. Reprint and package orders require a 50% deposit. The balance is due when the order is picked up.
3. All previews are the property of the photographer unless purchased.
4. All photographs are copyrighted by the photographer. It is unlawful to obtain copies of your photographs from any other source.
5. All prices subject to change without notice.
