I have too long avoided going to these Memorials for personal reasons. The section of the “ The Wall “ that I chose contains the name Carl T. Funkhouser, Class of ’62 Highland High School, Anderson, Indiana. May he and the others never be Forgotten.
My Best Friend from my child hood. 10E Row 13, First name. I still remember what he told me about RETURNING to Vietnam, “ So that men like you, with a family, will not have to go”. HE paid the price.
